Wildly successful with amazing upside potential. Explosive growth and opportunity. Everyone stands by the customers no matter what the cost. Recognition is rampant. Great focus on rewarding people for the contributions that they make. Leadership has the best of intentions.
Cons
Disparity of resources across departments. Some areas are well staffed or over staffed while others fight to get additional headcount approved. Change fatigue. You can't change everything at once. Lack of clear vision. Trying so hard to be everything to everybody. It's OK to be focused. Cultivating a culture of yes men / women. Diversity of opinion or experience is not really appreciated unless it's in support of the idea being presented. Micromanagement is pretty rampant. Broken processes and immature internal systems.
