Pros
The people that work here are dedicated, focused and very smart. The technology is something every company should embrace and it is one of the coolest products to sell. Monthly Team outings are great and the casual work environment and dress code is a big plus coming to work everyday. Most of the Sales Managers want to see you do your best and try to push you that way. We are growing very fast and our technology is built to adapt to that.
Cons
With fast growth comes the growing pains. The office is horrifically over crowded and parking is a big issue. The building is not a suitable office environment even if it is in the LoDo district. Changes come all too often and are not always for the better. A lot of times every perspective is not taken into account when a change is made so it hurts us, especially in front of a customer. Many processes and procedures are comically outdated. Collaboration between sales teams and other departments is very non existent. While some larger clients have everything thrown at them, everyone else is left to fend for themselves. Cross departments sometimes feel like they resent one another. Benefits could be much better. Many former employees left because they were not being paid fairly despite their product knowledge, experience and long working hours without overtime. Often times HR seems disorganized, confused and can tell you one thing but switch to something else. HR holds a lot of the blame for this and there does not seem to be any solution in sight. Benefits are weak compared to other companies and its a large reason why people chose to work elsewhere.
