Pros

-Cool office space -Pet pictures around office

Cons

-Literally everything else. -FWI is constantly placing unqualified box-thinkers into leadership and they have much smarter resources reporting into these know-nothings who do nothing but cheerlead for themselves with nothing to back for it and stand in the way of real talent growing in their roles. -They hire or don't hire based on a personality assessment that is so generalized and non-role specific, it's like they're not even looking for people who can do the job well and make it better, they're hiring for 'Yes Men' and butt kissers. -Constantly stand in the way of their own success. -No transparency from leadership/company even though they claim to live by transparency. -Will get fired for personal reasons and they'll claim it's professional but will have only lies as proof.
