Pros
It's really hard to think about any pros for this company other than the people who are there. I have made some long lasting friendships and have learned so much from the people around me. They are trying to make things fun with first Friday events and social activities, but who wants to spend another BBQ with senior management that you hate?
Cons
The management here is disgusting. They are elitist, self- absorbed idiots with no real management skills what so ever. Fast food managers have more experience than the managers running this place. Want a raise? Well forget about it! There is no real compensation review. People who have been here years are making less money than the new hires they bring on. Managers have the nerve to tell people they are not a top performer with the company, so they wont receive a raise. So if you work hard, don't expect much of anything from this place or the wicked witches from the compensation committee. I have a feeling this company is in financial turmoil. The "HR" is like talking to a brick wall. Whatever you tell them goes in one ear and out the other. HELLO?! Is anybody home?! How many surveys will they send out before they realize they are responsible for the down fall of this company? The only thing they do is writing fake reviews on this website. You are expected to work overtime with no compensation. All travel for work has to be done on your own credit cards and then you get reimbursed. This might be fine if it didn't take weeks or even months to get a expense check. The sales team are the only ones who get any respect with this company. Everyone else is a peasant. So if you want to get stepped on, apply now!
