The People-FWi has some of the best people I have encountered in my professional career. They are passionate for the cause, have fun and truly care about one another. Opportunity for Promotion-Promotions are made based on talent, those who work hard and positively influence the workplace. Culture and Atmosphere Subsidized Parking- Management has worked to make sure employees have an affordable parking solution in crowded Lodo. Collaboration and Teamwork-There are good days and bad days at any job but the team we work with make the hard days better.
Cons
Growing pains from a start up to a large enterprise-FWi is in a place of transition from a start up to a large enterprise company. Systems would help scale operations and take some of the manual processes. As a booming company communication is sometimes lagged and onboarding of new employees could be better.
