Pros

Not many honestly, fun industry if you have the right clients.

Cons

Too many to list, everything this company tries to be it is not, everything the product wants to be it is not, hard to find anyone who isn't out for themselves due to survive mode the founder created. Product should of been gutted and rebranded years ago, and the M&A strategy isn't going to fix that. Long since past it's peak, when I started I got a taste of the golden days of FWI - life long employees, cool happy clients, and people actually hitting quota. Things shifted fast, the vista buy out didn't help. Within 3 years the product out dated, the best people left, and the future for employee communications doesn't involve screens or onprem solutions.

Great culture and direction. My manager was a great advocate and coach.

Software was very expensive and difficult for any rep to find success.
