Readjust Priorities - Anonymous employee Four Winds Interactive Employee Review

Leadership has made some questionable choices over the last year. Times were rough during covid, and many people were furloughed. Unfortunately, most furloughed employees were ultimately let go and we are desperately short-staffed. Instead of ramping back up the workforce, or coming up with real improvements to process efficiencies, leadership decided to acquire two other company's, a first for the company, and completely out of left field. Many teams are now experiencing a level of burnout I have not seen in my 7+ years tenure, and a good portion of the workforce has begun looking for other opportunities.
