Pros
Brilliant people at this company have created an amazing product and founded an industry. The software is super-cool, and the group that designs it are true creative geniuses. We use our own product, and it's terrific. Ideas are embraced, and actioned, and the company is growing and evolving every day. The company's leaders are pretty informal and very approachable - even the chief officers (CEO, COO, CFO) wear jeans and never make anyone feel intimidated. The group is warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. My first day I received a brand new laptop and a bouquet of flowers, and my manager made sure to have a great on boarding plan for me. I feel valued and heard every time I express an idea - and love what I do every day. The company holds constant employee events like Fun Fridays, monthly all-sales meetings, and a few annual events including a holiday party, employee family event, and a day at the Rockies. They are constantly adding more and more activities. And the company gives a lot to the community through food drives, blood drives, and financial contributions. I feel good about working here, and know that we are doing great things.
Cons
The company has shot up like a rocket in its 9 years, and is going through a lot of growing pains and changes. Some things changed too quickly, and other start-up kinds of norms have lingered a bit too long. The company is becoming more mature, and that makes some people unhappy. The challenges are pretty much to be expected for a company this size, and this age.
