Pros
Most employees are great to work with. Flexible schedule most of the time.
Cons
Before accepting a position here, try to talk to someone who has worked here and left. Turnover is crazy, customers are leaving, and “leaders” are focused on themselves and their favorites. Their motivation consists of getting on calls and saying they are “super excited” about their latest great idea. (The term has since become an offline joke to present and past employees.). This was a great company to work for but this is no longer the case. Long term employees are let go without any good explanation (hop on a sync up call with your boss and HR is there too - classy move FWI). Again, try to talk to people that have left before working here. Ask about the culture. Ask about the diversity (seriously). Ask about their layoff history and turnover. I assume they will respond to this review ( or have someone respond for them) and say they I was probably not able to handle all of the change that was being implemented. Not true. I love change and thrive on making things better.
