Pros
Cool flashy technology, worldwide customer base of the biggest companies, fun Denver-based tech employees, beautiful office.
Cons
When it was fully owned by the founder, it was an exciting, celebratory, fast-growing place to work. But, ownership changed, and now the goal is not to be the biggest, best, coolest company around. The new goal became to quickly acquire other companies, minimally integrate the products, minimize spending on employees and tools, and make the books and product portfolio look as attractive as possible in order to sell it all off to a bigger company in a few years. It's probably going to work, but it's not fun for the employees as they will see their workload increase and salary decrease, and they will not have a stake in the end sale.
