They invest in their employees and know that the key to providing the best service, is through an engaged workforce. Bethpage is a family oriented organization by involving and inviting family to work related events and programs; i.e. Walk/Run Club, Golf, Volleyball, Employee Appreciation Party, etc. If the desire and drive is there, you can go anywhere!
Cons
There aren't many cons I can think of, being that I am fully satisfied with benefits and within my position in the Credit Union.
