Pros
Bethpage is a great place to work. Everyone at Bethpage is really committed to the mission of enriching lives, and that really creates a great environment to work in. As an employee, the benefits are great, especially for younger people (which I am). This is the first time i've ever contributed to a 401k and health insurance on my own, and the Human Resources department is more than helpful in navigating all of those questions. Bethpage also sponsors so many activities for employees to get involved with - runs across long island, softball, volleyball, bowling, book club, so much more! There is also a lot of opportunity for growth in different roles across Bethpage. One of my favorite things about this organization is that many older employees have been here for 5, 10, 15, even 30 years! It gives me hope that Bethpage really is a great place to work for years in the future!
