I joined Bethpage FCU over two years ago after 18 years with my previous employer (downsized due to relocation out-of-state). I wasn't sure what to expect, if I'd ever feel like I was "home" again. Bethpage FCU has completely exceeded my expectations in every way! It starts at the top, with our dynamic and highly-respected, CEO, Wayne Grosse and cascades through the senior leadership team, Board of Directors and throughout the organization. Every employee ("teammate") is highly valued, respected and appreciated. Bethpage FCU has countless teammate recognition events and offers a myriad of clubs and activities where you can engage your competitive spirit or simply have some good, healthy fun with your teammates . Bethpage generously gives back to the communities in which it serves, creating a large number of volunteer opportunities for teammates throughout the year. It's extremely rewarding contributing to such a successful and growing organization. Bethpage FCUs Vision is to enrich the lives of its members, employees, and communities.
