Pros

I love working for bethpage . The members are so nice . Management works with you’re schedule. I love how Bethpage cares about their employees , from the food , parties ,book clubs , volunteering , mentoring getaways ,reimbursements for gym membership, weightloss plans, and as little as having coffee or tea everyday and snacks . Managers create innovative ways to keep work alive and with great energy . I don’t mind the goals , their attainable .

Cons

Higher pay for tellers .we do amazing work everyday . We interact with members the most. New ATMs please!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re so glad you enjoy working at Bethpage and are participating in some of our organizations groups and activities. At Bethpage, our compensation philosophy is to pay better than most. We recently reviewed the teller compensation and raised our minimum rate. In regards to our ATMs, we have heard your feedback and put a plan in place to assist members with the ATMs during the busy holiday season which will improve the member experience and the employee experience. Please continue to share your feedback with us so we can make Bethpage an even better place to work!

Pros

Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

Cons

Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
