      Pros

      Bethpage truly cares about there employees and provides them with a great benefits package as well as a positive and supportive work environment. Job listings are first placed internally so there is plenty of room to grow with the company. Senior management is always open to suggestions and feedback on how to improve the employee experience.

      Cons

      Pay is comparable to other financial institutions, however the high cost of living in New York means more would always be appreciated.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

      Cons

      Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
