      Pros

      Working at Bethpage FCU is better than I could have ever imagined! All employees including management care equally about the employee experience and member experience, which is what makes this company amazing to work for. There are also countless opportunities to learn and grow to a higher position, and management will help you get there! I have only been working for the company for 6 months now, but can see myself starting a career with Bethpage.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

      Cons

      Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
