They go above and beyond for their employees. They are always providing us with food, incentives, and motivation for their employees. The end of the year Company party is the best. They also train you enough where you feel comfortable doing your job. They want you to grow within the company. I am definitely glad I happened to discover this company and I hope I keep growing within it. I haven't really experienced any downsides, I have been working at the same branch for past 4 years.
