Pros
Great company to work for. Bethpage values their employees and it shows in every single decision made. The 401k is unmatched and they offer great medical benefits. Many clubs, sports and volunteer opportunities.
Cons
Increase pay rate for employees. Hire more staff to provide greater opportunities than the front line. Take into consideration the qualifications of the employee as some are overqualified for the position they are in and would excel in a different department.
