Pros

Bethpage truly does care about you as an employee and as a person. Bethpage invests in your career and being able to grow with the company. I started out as an intern with Bethpage and throughout those two years really got to learn the ins and outs of Bethpage as well as being trusted with employee like duties, leading into working full time with the company. Working at Bethpage makes employees feel valued which is a key to a great work environment.

Pros

Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

Cons

Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
