Bethpage is an excellent company! They offer competitive benefits, encourage their employee’s to stay engaged and connect with one another through company sponsored clubs and activities. They keep employees informed and make advancements to keep the company moving forward. Our leaders let us know exactly where we stand and where the company is headed. I’m truly proud to be an employee and part of this family!

Pros

Work-life balance, food truck days, clubs, and volunteering.

Cons

Since the new CEO took over and rebranded, everything has gone downhill. There is now a two-tier working system where management acts like they are above their workers and keeps them out of company developments until the last minute. Culture of zero transparency from management and almost no clear career advancement. Creativity is just a buzzword; they do not want your input or ideas. Women also get preferential treatment over men in this company.
