Pros
Interview process was fairly easy. The people who work there are great. Contact with HR was always prompt and informative. Definitely a great experience for a first job.
Cons
Teller job title focuses heavily upon sales (loans and checking accounts) with the same "members" who visit the branch daily. Therefore, it may be difficult to ask if they want a product they've already turned down numerous times. Requirements are attainable however they frequently change, which may result in a change of focus.
