Pros

Good compensation and 401k plan. Bonus pool used to be good but has been cut for the workers NOT in management over the past two years. Some management understand working from home is an excellent way to get more productivity out of workers, however many others in management do not.

Cons

Company is technologically behind. Silos of business and technology teams. Management does not cooperate with each other- they are divided. No clear technology blueprint for teams to use in making decisions on projects. Management avoids making decisions and pushes responsibility down to the lower levels. There is a lot of the blame game going on. Very high stress. Top heavy with management personnel and not enough resources to actually get the work done. No career path. Management has their favorites in management and those are the ones getting the promotions and the money while the workers remain stagnant. Management is not supportive and does not mentor the team members. Management wants to keep the knowledge and control in order to suppress the workers and not risk their position of control. Very toxic environment where people become beaten down and demotivated.

Pros

Good benefits (401K match, employee stock options, etc.), depending on the department you work in you could have some decent flexibility regarding work from home,

Cons

Incredibly disorganized from the very top of the organization which only gets worse as SVPs and EVPs don't retire and just clog the hierarchy. Everyone is involved in the decision making process which means that no decisions end up getting made, or they are made too late and then the executives sacrifice a lower level manager for not acting quick enough. Certain corporate departments that aren't directly involved in client facing environments get treated incredibly poorly by the client facing departments. Raises are nonexistent (not even 3%).
