Pros
Good benefits (401K match, employee stock options, etc.), depending on the department you work in you could have some decent flexibility regarding work from home,
Cons
Incredibly disorganized from the very top of the organization which only gets worse as SVPs and EVPs don't retire and just clog the hierarchy. Everyone is involved in the decision making process which means that no decisions end up getting made, or they are made too late and then the executives sacrifice a lower level manager for not acting quick enough. Certain corporate departments that aren't directly involved in client facing environments get treated incredibly poorly by the client facing departments. Raises are nonexistent (not even 3%).
