Pros

It's a fun atmosphere and some nice people. The potential for the platform is pretty great. Benefits are not bad, though they could be better. Location is convenient and the building is nice.

Cons

Obviously, if they can't manage finances well enough to avoid layoffs like what they recently had to do, there must be some concerns about their future and how they can move the business forward.

Really nice and caring colleagues, extremely supportive management team, great locations and benefits/perks, a lot of and freedom to grow professionally within the org. , exciting timing and promising positiong in the market as a company

The company needs a bit more focus on what it's doing ; sometimes too many things are initiated and going on
