Tried to improve employee morale by changing corporate culture, providing unlimited vacation time and allowing work from home situations.

Cons

Took over a business not having a clue as to how it really needed to operate. Lost legacy clients. Unexpected layoffs caused employees not to trust management.

Really nice and caring colleagues, extremely supportive management team, great locations and benefits/perks, a lot of and freedom to grow professionally within the org. , exciting timing and promising positiong in the market as a company
