Pros

There are some good people there with industry experience. The vision is solid Good customer base

Cons

Management doesn't actually take any of that industry experience into account and makes head-scratching decisions regularly regarding hiring and layoffs. The new product is much weaker than the existing one at this time, but we have to push clients to the new platform at all costs. The NYC and SF offices continue to row in opposite directions so progress has ground to a halt.

Really nice and caring colleagues, extremely supportive management team, great locations and benefits/perks, a lot of and freedom to grow professionally within the org. , exciting timing and promising positiong in the market as a company

The company needs a bit more focus on what it's doing ; sometimes too many things are initiated and going on
