Pros

Health benefits, part of a team with a voice. Earlier complaints about culture seem to have been addressed with monthly company-wide update meetings and open doors of management to talk to. Reimbursement for expenses is reasonable and the people I work with on all teams have been nothing but pleasant.

Cons

Things move really fast and you need to learn rapidly and be ready to change at any moment. Team hierarchy and who should handle what can get a bit jumbled and confused.

Really nice and caring colleagues, extremely supportive management team, great locations and benefits/perks, a lot of and freedom to grow professionally within the org. , exciting timing and promising positiong in the market as a company

Cons

The company needs a bit more focus on what it's doing ; sometimes too many things are initiated and going on
