Great growth opportunities. Start-up environment that allows you to get your hands on everything if you choose to. You are given full ownership of projects and encouraged to excel. Brilliant people. Other pros: - Catered lunches twice a week - Standard health benefits

Cons

If you are NY based: - The office is in an inconvenient location - Not very competitive salaries - Don't come for a social environment
