Cons
Poor work life balance. Zero flexibility. PTO is not great. Sick policy is even worse. Management is a total joke with a total do as i say not as i do attitude. They write and extend policy to them self such as work from home and then like to micromanage and smother employees. Hard work for this company is only rewarded with more work or picking up the slack for someone else. Raises and bonuses are pre-determined and have nothing to do with personal work ethic or achievements. Morale among employees could not be much worse. Cost of living raises never actually come close to cost of living increase. Equipment is often broken and outdated. Most things are literally held together with zip ties and tape. They claim to work on industry leading research. The reality is that it is mainly small run production work. What ever production work keeps the bills paid and the lights on. There is zero room for advancement within the company. You will be told titles don't matter and everyone does the same work. Reality is some people just don't do work at all.
