Pros
The pay and benefits are great. The people are fun. Very easy to advance if you have the drive and motivation. Does a pretty good job with work/life balance.
Cons
A lot of miscommunication from corporate on different things. Hours are getting cut more and more, yet sales are increasing. Management changes often to where its hard to get to know them.
