Pros
Hour lunch. Two 15 minuted breaks. Employee discounts. for full time position you're getting benefits immediately, for part time you need to work for 6 months before getting any. HR in the same building. I used to have a best team ever. Everyone was extremely friendly. All until we've got a new department manager.
Cons
Way to many lies from management. Forget about company's standards. They will make you to do a double or even more job, if one of the managers will need to leave early (which is happening almost every day). No extra payment, of course. If you don't feel save to be by yourself, you'll get fired. And some of the "customers" may be dangerous. I've had drug users screening at me, teenagers destroying department, and just regular scary people, who would steal cloth. They will never fire people who do not do their job at all, for some reason. We had people who would hide in bathroom for whole shift, got a lit of complaints, and they still work there for a year. Again, they just expect other people to do a double job. If they know you need hours or you're really caring about that job, they WILL use it against you. So, as I see it, 20% people who are actually caring about that place will get most punches, and 80% people are more for static, will just do nothing and won't get any troubles.
