Not much Cons, it was a great starter job when I was in high school

Job can be fun and interesting Always something new to learn Lots of personal fulfillment as a manager when things go right

Unsupportive upper management Toxic work culture, unpaid overtime is rewarded and even expected or forced, even to the tune of multiple weeks in a row with no days off when you are salaried.
