Great schedule, pay and benefits. Equal opportunity to get promoted. Employees watch out for each other. Excellent training and state of the art technology.

Cons

You work shift work, weekends and holidays. Overtime is hit or miss. On call on your days off. Really weak union, doesn't do much for its members.

Pay and low staffing were difficult - I would have stayed if it followed DC shift of 24 on, 72 off
