Not necessarily a con but: Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Some processes could be streamlined further to improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.

My manager is amazing- always advocates for me, truly cares about my career growth, and has done a great job teaching me. My department is also great, I have enjoyed working with everyone

The benefits- we do not get the typical holidays observed off, have very minimal PTO, and my pay does not equal the job I am doing. These are all discouraging.
