Pros

At first I loved working there I learned a lot about insurance coming from not knowing a thing about insurance. But they work you like slaves never satisfied with all the hard work you put in

Cons

It felt as I was back in high school working with middle schoolers management is a joke. Favoritism is a huge problem with the entire company.

Pros

Good energy at organization. Good management.

Cons

Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
