As the years went by management got worse and consumer became more important than the workers. - Route Sales Representative Frito-Lay Employee Review

Pros

Free out of date chips and meet new people everyday

Cons

No overtime pay, must work 50 hours, have to hit a target number each week to recover a bonus once a month. The warehouse is always out of product so it's hard to hit those numbers to recurve a good bonus.
