Pros

United is a hospital that is there to care of the community. Employees care for their neighbors, friends and family. The administration really cares about the employees. The average tenure of employees is 20+ years.

Cons

The only con is that the very experienced workforce that will be retiring soon. But with the experienced staff leaving there will soon be a lot of opportunity for young professionals to advance in their careers.
