Organization Needs Work - Staff Nurse Froedtert South Employee Review

I have been here for 2 years. As a nurse with 10 years of experience, I expected much more. The pay is very low. Tuition reimbursement for nurses is less than $2000 a year. Nurses are not encouraged to pursue or continue education. They will not be able to meet the new 2020 guidelines with only Diploma and ADN nurses. Managers are not supportive of their stuff, and do not ask for input. I know all health care systems have their down falls, but I worked for a much larger organization in the past and still regret leaving.
