Pros

- Above average pay and benefits package, decent pay increases - You get to work with the latest technology - Money is no object when it comes to getting upgrades or things fixed - Onsite cafeteria

Cons

I use to work at CMH until it was taken over by Froedtert. Many co-workers and the people I had to support were extremely rude. People left one by one and were not replaced. The work began to stockpile and the management response was: "Oh, you're salaried, you can come in on Saturdays and make up the back log!" Really? Documentation was sparse and when I would call X for help, they would tell me to call Y and when I would call Y, they said call X. I then said X told me to call Y, then I would hear huffing and puffing over the phone, as if I was wasting their time. The workload was also insane. Expect to be on call every other week.

Pros

Growth in the company, innovative. Best care in the area.

Cons

Benefits, specifically for new moms. New moms beware, the insurance sucks. Specifically around breast pumps and supplies. Don’t plan on getting a pump that meets your standards and you can’t do the buy up plan on the medical supply website. If you want to get a different pump, you’ll have to submit a claim with your doctor and pay the difference. Also the portable ones they do cover? Have reviews such has ‘battery life always accurate’, ‘difficult to use’. Lastly if you want to replace parts, also not included. You are expected to use the same plastic parts for the entirety of your pumping journey. They will only replace IF the entire machine breaks. And then? I guess you send it in and expect miracles to keep pumping.
