Pros
The best thing about this company is that they have a very impressive benefits package. paid holiday immediately after hired, 4 weeks of holiday paid after working less than a year. over all better benefits than most company I have work for.
Cons
The con is if they short you out of your hours, you will go through hoops to get your money reimbursed, in most cases you may never get it. I got tired of calling their HR department, after talking to many reps from payroll they saw the proof that my check was short, and payroll try to reach out to them, it's hard to even get an email response, some managers are very unprofessional, they will double talk you about your performance, hard to get assistance while on the floor after coming out of training, They go out of the way to keep you from quitting, only because they have such a high turnover. I would never work for this company again.
