Pros
good bonus that you get monthly, its a great way to get paid more than 12/hr, cool co-workers. clean place, not dirty. secure location, strict rules. Thats all that I can think of.
Cons
Hire external sources for management positions, problem with that is anyone can follow orders and read instructions on how to be a manger and its easy to just tell someone what to do. What they fail to do is lead by example or by positive influence. Coaches have little to no experience on what their agents actually do. take but never give. they are easy to sell anyone out to keep their job. Computer systems always crash and leave agents without access and LITERALLY there is nothing to do and management still force employees to stay and be "productive" even when there is nothing to do. you have to take your breaks and lunch on time or else it screws up your adherence but tell you there is not time limit on your calls. The entire place is a contradiction to whatever policies or "rules" they have in place. people swearing and talking about drugs and sex everywhere and HR laws violated on the daily. They never let you know if executives are coming to dress up, clean up or impress. To get a day off even if its an emergency for PTO is next to impossible and if its not approved for PTO and its an emergency it counts against you. They don't reward or give a fighting chance to improving employees that are on written or final warnings.
