Pros
I worked from an office in New York State. The general work environment was decent, with local management, and senior management being generally approving, and helpful in helping one succeed. The pay was fair, and the benefits good..
Cons
Most managers had far too many people reporting to them. One local manager had about 80. The management style is a bit old-school. Strong focus on bringing in new revenue (of course), but the quality of products and service are severely lacking, which causes customer frustration and customer churn, which makes actual revenue growth challenging. Lastly, the company has a serious debt issue, which could be problemeti and suggest continued cost-cutting measures, i.e, workforce reduction.
