Pros
Excellent coworkers, flexible hours, helpful technicians dedicated to their local market, decent benefits (albeit scaled back), Salesforce CRM used (albeit a bit clunky)
Cons
Major account management restructuring focused on territory alignment, resegmenting and putting a fence around an AE's selling space severely limits performers and rewards laziness, increased quotas while new comp plan not as lucrative (requirement of having to hand over larger deals), incredibly poor senior level management and politicized sales leadership.
