decent pay starting, 15an hr, okay benefits, 3/5 sups are awesome but one is leaving in april of 2018.
Cons
alot.. the building is disgusting, dust every where, not cleaned proper outdated equipment (computers, software, etc) Terrible job to life balance The pay cap is quite low, around 21 an hr after being here 5 years, which in comparison to other centers isnt that great. You will be expected to everything from anywhere People here are all gossip bugs, will do anything to get others in trouble (obviously some are good but still) union cares so little about the employees, just like upper management I have been here for almost 3 years, and not a single person has been hired. which all time off is bid on based on seniority, so even though ive been here for so long i get the scraps. its quite a nightmare. High senority people will big on all the weekends even though they get weekends off on their schedules "just to be sure" then they will drop them a week before hand, so you have to fight.
