If I could give a -0 rating I would. Do you know that you have to pay through a full billing cycle to cancel your account. No matter what day you turn off service you have to pay a full month. They do not prorate cancellations!!! How they can ethically do this I don't know but I will never allow them in my home again....disgusted with Frontier!!! SHAME ON YOU FRONTIER!
