Pros
Pay is a little subpar but benefits are on par with other big or medium sized companies. Work can be interesting and engaging. I've seen many employees that have been there for many years so if you're looking for steady job is a decent company.
Cons
IT leadership seems to be racist to some extent or maybe it's just me but I see only white folks getting hired or promoted to VP level and above. Don't join Frontier IT organization if you're looking for a company to build a career and you're not white otherwise you'll get stuck in lower positions for many years even if you have a stellar performance. Other organizations like Network or Marketing seem to be ok with diversity in their leadership.
