Pros
The coworkers have been very nice and helpful. The pay is fantastic. No work on sundays which is great.
Cons
A Union environment, which can be good and bad. Frontier provides very little to go off of to retain it's customers, most of the day is spent arguing with people as to why their bill is/will go up. The systems are very slow and antiquated. Expected to "sell on value" to very angry people. Your job will suffer because technicians didn't show up and other customer service agents lied, which results in disconnects and less money for you. Starting shift hours can be pretty rough. The products you are expected to push in a majority of the territory are inadequate for the needs of most customers, but don't tell them that. In other markets, the product is slightly overpriced.
