Pros

The pay is the highest I found in the market and benefits are pretty good. Techs and Local managers easy to work with

Cons

Management above the area level accuse techs of being the reason for this bankruptcy and implement rules that affect the frontline customer service experience. Paying customers have had to wait 3 weeks for a service call for an outage, while new customers can receive same day installs. Big business customers are treated the same as residential internet only customer.
