Not all regions are created equal - Territory Account Executive Frontier Employee Review

Quotas for my role (in my territory) are unrealistic. FiOS isnt built to most business areas and there isnt a plan to either. The goal is to sell out of the Ethernet playbook. This is great, but in this position, I am relegated to businesses under 100 employees, no government, no large medical and no multi-site chain establishments. This leaves all the mom and pop businesses that dont have a budget for a $290/mo 20M ethernet circuit. So, you hope FiOS is available, but as mentioned, it isnt. Middle management is stuck on too many conference calls and not able to be the resource we need them to be. Not all regions have the same resources, reporting and training as others.
