Pros
They revamped the attendance policy. So now if you get perfect attendance for 30 days, you'll get .5 points taken off. However, they just can't do something nice like update the attendance policy without sticking it to their employees. If you're over your breaks/lunches by 20 minutes total in 1 calendar month you'll get 1 whole point. They're in the Novel building complex, so you can go to the Eastbay Cafe on your lunch.
Cons
They use to have a bonus structure that was worth showing up to work, and dealing with the crap management was pushing. They went from get X amount of surveys back and you're above 75% customer satisfaction you'd get $10 per survey returned. A good rep was able to pull in 700-1000 extra a month. Now they've taken it to you get 500 bucks if you get 100% customer sat, no one is going to get that. They killed all motivation to do your best. Frontier use to be an alright company to work for. Frontier is very much a who you know environment, if you're looking to advance. They do not base anything anymore off of stats. You'll keep hearing claims about advancement but they'll never happen.
